For social work training, you
have to work in any NGO for 45 days or more. Many students wasted their time as
they do not learn any special work in the field work. I have some suggestions.
As you are doing field work training there, so utilize your
time. Meet with the project supervisor of the NGO and ask him about how to open
a NGO, how to manage the NGO, how to receive the funds, what problems the NGO
faced in starting.
All of these questions will help you in near future when you
will enter in professional social work career.
