Many students asked me about what
we can do after completing the MSW from IGNOU. Dear students, there are many
career options after completing the MSW course.
First of all, I want to clear that
MSW is a job orientated course and it also give an entrepreneur skill. If you got
the 55% marks in the MSW course, then you can try for the NET exam that will
give you chance for becoming a lecturer, if you have teaching line interest.
Otherwise, there are many NGOs in
India where you can work as a professional social worker like counselor,
teacher, educator, mediator, advocacy etc. You can also try in the corporate sector
as a corporate social worker where you can get handsome salary.
You can also start your own NGO
after gaining experience of NGO management.
